Executive Passage is a results-based business and executive coaching company.  We work with business owners, executives and boards of directors in four key areas: People, Product, Profit and action-driven, strategic Planning.

These areas are essential for business success and must be consistently refined in a competitive business environment. Clients engage us to develop an independent, trusted assessment of where they are now, what’s working, what’s not, and help them create and implement a results-based action plan. Some clients need coaching in a specific area, others opt for ongoing coaching support. Executive Passage leverages business and executive coaching and its proven expertise to build bench strength throughout the organization and ensure long-term, sustainable success. Clients range from Fortune 500 company executives focused on change management to start-up entrepreneurs eager to build a successful platform for growth. Typically our clients have been in business at least 5 years with revenues $500K or more and at least 5 or more employees—these companies all want to improve their core strengths, confront their areas of weakness, increase profitability and achieve substantial growth.

Executive Passage Investments in Business Inc. ('Executive Passage') was founded by Cynthia Roney, a former public company biotech CEO, Certified Executive Coach (CEC- Royal Roads University) and ActionCOACH Licensed Executive & Business Coach with more than 25 years of business and executive experience including CEO, President and Board Director (public and private companies), VP Business Development, VP Marketing and Sales, experienced working in large global corporations as well as early-stage start-ups.

Executive Passage also combines Cynthia's lifelong passion for horses and riding.  The ‘Passage’ is one of the highest level movements in dressage (considered a dance of the horse), accomplished only after years of hard work, dedication and perfect partnership between horse and rider.  While horses may not be for everyone, they have been powerful teachers and motivators throughout Cynthia's life and provided valuable business insight.  In June 2009, the Company invested in its newest coach, a 17.2 hand competitive showjumper/dressage horse, Piko's Executive Passage.  Sadly, in August 2010, we lost our beloved Piko.  What can you learn from a 1,500 pound animal....tons!
