Executive Passage Investments in Business Inc ("Executive Passage") is a company invested in helping executives and business owners achieve extraordinary results. The corporate name Executive Passage reflects the executive journey of founder Cynthia Roney during her 25 year business career from sales rep to CEO and Board Director (public and private companies).   Executive Passage also reflects Cynthia's journey from CEO to Certified Executive Coach (Royal Roads University) and ActionCOACH Licensed Executive and Business Coach----a remarkable journey that began with the whisper of "coaching". 

As Founder and CEO of Executive Passage, Cynthia brings together real world business and executive experience, significant investments and specialized training to help others achieve extraordinary results.

• Cynthia is a Royal Roads University Certified Executive Coach (CEC), recognized by the International Coach Federation (ICF).  She was trained by Canada's top executive coaches including Carollyn Conlinn, recipient of 2009 Canadian Coach of the Year.                         
•  In 2009, Executive Passage invested in an ActionCOACH franchise, the world's #1 business coaching firm with 1,200 coaches worldwide helping 15,000 clients every day in more than 26 countries globally.  Cynthia was trained and certified as both an Executive and Business Coach by leading ActionCOACH's in the US, UK and Asia-Pacific.    
• An active leader in the community, Cynthia is a CEO mentor for BC Excels (LifeSciences BC), and mentor in the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs (FWE) Mentor Program, Women’s Enterprise Centre (WEC), Minerva Foundation "Getting Women Back to Work", and BUST Art Social, a new breast cancer fundraiser created by 10 Vancouver girlfriends.  Cynthia is a member of the Vancouver Board of Trade, Women's Leadership Circle, Women's Executive Network (WXN), Chamber of Commerce, Professional Women’s Network (PWN), GLBA, BNI Grand Fortune City and Southlands Riding Club.  

Executive Passage also combines Cynthia's lifelong passion for horses and riding.  The "Passage" is one of the highest level movements in dressage (considered a dance of the horse), accomplished only after years of hard work, dedication and perfect partnership between horse and rider.  While horses may not be for everyone, they have been powerful teachers and motivators throughout Cynthia's life and provided valuable business insight.  In June 2009, the Company invested in its newest coach, a 17.2 hand competitive showjumper/dressage horse, Piko's Executive Passage.  Sadly, in August 2010, we lost our beloved Piko.  What can you learn from a 1,500 pound animal....tons!  (See equine inspired learning).
