Our clients include Professional Service Firms, Healthcare Professionals, Construction and Real Estate companies, Fast Growing and High Tech companies.

CLIENTS engage us to develop an independent, trusted assessment of where they are now, what’s working, what’s not, and help them create and implement a results-based action plan. Some clients request coaching in a specific area, others opt for ongoing coaching support to create a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Our executive coaching clients typically have hundreds or thousands of employees who need to be mobilized and engaged. Our business clients typically have been in business at least 5 years with revenues $500K or more and at least 5 or more employees. FOUNDER of Executive Passage Investments in Business Inc. (Executive Passage) Cynthia Roney, is a former public company biotech CEO, Certified Executive Coach (CEC- Royal Roads University) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC- International Coach Federation- ICF) with more than 25 years of business and executive experience including CEO, President and Board Director (public and private companies), VP Business Development, VP Marketing and Sales, experienced working in large global corporations as well as early-stage start-ups. Cynthia works as a coach, mentor, facilitator and presenter with a number of organizations including the WXN-Women's Executive Network, WEC-Women’s Enterprise Centre, FWE- Forum for Women Entrepreneurs, Minerva Foundation, GroYourBiz, YWCA Women of Distinction Awards, PWN-Professional Women’s Network, BC Excels (LifeSciences BC), CBDC-Canadian Board Diversity Council ‘Get on Board’ program and Women in Leadership Forum. She is also active with the Vancouver Board of Trade, Women’s Leadership Circle, Chamber of Commerce and she is Chair of the YWCA Metro Vancouver Women of Distinction Awards. EXECUTIVE PASSAGE the trademarked company name, was created by Cynthia Roney to reflect her passage from sales to CEO then Executive Coach and also combines Cynthia's lifelong passion for horses and riding.  The ‘Passage’ is one of the highest level movements in dressage (considered a dance of the horse), accomplished only after years of hard work, dedication and perfect partnership between horse and rider.  While horses may not be for everyone, they have been powerful teachers and motivators throughout Cynthia's life and provided valuable business insight.  In June 2009, the Company invested in its newest coach, a 17.2 hand competitive showjumper/dressage horse, Piko's Executive Passage.  Sadly, in August 2010, we lost our beloved Piko.  What can you learn from a 1,500 pound animal....tons!
